CPIM500 Strategic Management of Resources

Candidates explore the relationship of existing and emerging processes and technologies to manufacturing strategy and supply chain-related functions. The course addresses three main topics: aligning resources with the strategic plan, configuring and integrating operating processes to support the strategic plan, and implementing change. 

Topics include :

  • competitive market issues
  • choices affecting facilities, supply chain, information technology, and
  • organizational design
  • configuring and integrating internal processes
  • evaluating and managing projects

 

Dates: Saturday, December 4th; 11th & 18th, 2010 for 27 hours/3 days from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Instructor: TBA

Registration Fee: $450.00 for Members and $500.00 Non-Members (13% HST is applicable) and cost includes workbook.
