CPIM200 Master Planning of Resources

Candidates explore processes used to develop sales and operations plans and identify and assess internal and external demand and forecasting requirements. The course focuses on the importance of producing achievable master schedules that are consistent with business policies, objectives, and resource constraints.

Topics include :

  • demand management
  • sales and operations planning
  • master scheduling
  • measuring the business plan

 

Dates: Saturday, October 2nd, 9th & 16th, 2010 for duration 27/3 days from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Instructor TBA

Registration Fee: $450.00 for Members and $500.00 Non-Members (13% HST will be applicable) and cost includes a workbook.
